At SHIKRAFLY, we take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be accepted.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit
  • The product is defective or not functioning as specified
  • The wrong product was supplied

*NOTE- If any product is defective or incorrect the hand to hand video will have to be made and summited to us only then the product will be returned.

All return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be intact
  • Proof of purchase or invoice must be provided

Products that show signs of use, damage after delivery, or tampering may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased on special order or clearance
  • Customized or special-request equipment
  • Items damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • Order or invoice number
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting images or videos, if applicable

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 7 business days after inspection
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side

Replacements

In cases of approved defects or transit damage, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to our error
  • SHIKRAFLY is not responsible for damage occurring during return transit

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are accepted only before the order has been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

Changes to This Policy

SHIKRAFLY reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
